Our Family Support Programs

Child Care of the Berkshires offers a variety of family support programs, providing a range of services including: home visiting, support groups, playgroups, parent education, fun family engagement events, information and referrals.

The Family Center

The Family Center believes that parents are the child’s first teacher and that play is how children learn. Our groups and events focus on supporting families with children birth through age 8.

ParentChild+

ParentChild+ is an early literacy program that offers FREE books and toys to help parents support their children's learning. It serves families with children ages 18 months to 3 years.

Healthy Families

Healthy Families provides support and key parenting information through home visiting for first-time young parents, age 25 and under.

Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention

The Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program provides home visiting and case-management services to families whose children have high levels of lead poisoning.
